Review & checklist
You send scans or bring originals. We check them against the authority's current requirement list and tell you what is missing before anything is submitted.

Typing & preparation
The application is typed in the required language, supporting documents are arranged in the order the counter expects, and translations or attestations are arranged where they are needed.

Submission
The file goes to the competent authority with fees paid and a reference number issued. You get that number the same day.

Follow-up & handover
We chase the status, answer any query raised on the file, and hand back the approval, stamped document or card — plus a digital copy for your records.
